In August 2022, a Free Public Concert featuring the Garrett Oswald Band provided five (5) hours of free music in the City of Eupora.
This free public concerts offered numerous benefits, including accessibility to culture, community building, support for local artists, economic advantages, and opportunities for education and celebration. This concert played an important role in enriching the cultural and social fabric of the City of Eupora.
Each police patrol vehicle was provided a “Law Enforcement Go Bag” containing essential items in case of emergencies. containing first aid kits, disposable gloves, police caution tape, medical space blankets, disposable blankets, and pepper spray.
The police uniform is an important part of the daily life of a law enforcement officer. Each officer received a uniform consisting of shirts, pants, and boots.
An important meeting was held in the City of Eupora about the efforts to convert the out-of-service railway from Greenwood to West Point into a multipurpose recreational trail, of which Eupora would be the midpoint. Our non-profit provided refreshments for this meeting.
Our non-profit requested a donation from the City of Eupora for funding for fireworks for the 2023 Martin Luther King Celebration.
The donation was approved and fireworks were purchased for this event.
Through a Weyerhaeuser Grant, the Eupora Parks & Recreation Soccer Program was able to purchase new soccer nets.
